With the Harsant SSAS there are no hidden costs, the fees are quoted in advance and are clearly stated.
They are made up of:
- Initial set up fee;
- Annual charge payable on establishment and then annually on the schemes anniversary. This covers record keeping of all member details and assets held by the SSAS, bank account reconciliation, monitoring of reportable events and reporting to HMRC and annual trustee meetings and review.
- Other fees will be charged on the completion of a transaction. These may include property purchase or payment of benefits.
All fees can be paid directly by the fund or the company can choose to pay the fees. Other fees that you may incur will be the management fees from your investment manager and any fees you agree with your professional adviser, solicitor or accountant.
